William R. Jaycox

William R. Jaycox, AIA, founder and Principal, is a native Floridian. Mr. Jaycox studied architecture in Genoa Italy and has a Master of Architecture Degree from Clemson University. He established the firm shortly after becoming Florida Board registered in 1987 to pursue his passion for design of upscale residential and historic restoration projects. His commitment to excellence created a large client base including oceanfront resort hotels, retirement communities and residential estates.

Mr. Jaycox is active in the community serving in the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects as a Director and Committee Chairman, a Rotary Board member, and has been recognized by the Mayor’s Neighborhood Council for his contributions to the community.

Stephen A. Reinel

In response to the firm’s growing client base, Stephen A. Reinel, AIA joined the firm in 2001. His design philosophy and commitment to quality blended well with the firm’s culture and in 2004, he became a partner. Mr. Reinel brings substantial experience in healthcare, commercial and residential design. He has successfully managed projects ranging from small residential designs to complete new hospital designs in excess of $60 million.

Mr. Reinel is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has served as the guest juror at the University of Florida’s School of Architecture. As a complement to his degree in architecture from Georgia Tech, he has completed formal training in architectural project management and selected coursework within the MBA program at Columbus College. He has 15 years of experience working with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
