Residential Gallery

The Owner of this new 5,800 square foot Georgian Manor house wanted his home true-to- style while incorporating a modern, functional floor plan. We accomplished this by maintaining the integrity of the Georgian “salt box” with wings and the Grand Foyer complete with traditional stair and railing. A columned gallery space separates the Foyer from the formal Living Room. The Living Room offers spectacular views of the city across the St. Johns River and direct access to a large portico for outdoor entertaining. This home was also designed with low maintenance in mind. We received an award for the design of this house from the Brick Institute.
