Residential Gallery

In the early 1900’s, Mediterranean style architecture was the rage in Palm Beach, Florida. The exterior of this home is a rich collage or red tile roofs and elaborate tile and stone detail blended together to create that Mizneresque feel. The interior limestone and slate floors and 100 year old cypress millwork typify the Mediterranean architecture of South Florida. Designed and built on a fast-track schedule, Jaycox Reinel Architects’ part in this project was all encompassing. We provided design, construction administration and Owner’s Representative services for our out-of-town client. We were responsible for providing the client with monthly reports as the construction progressed. The term “full-service architecture “was never more applicable.
