William R. Jaycox, AIA Principal
A native of Florida, Bill
Jaycox became Florida Board registered in 1987. He earned his Master
of Architecture degree from Clemson University, graduating with
honors. While in graduate school, he studied architecture in Genoa,
Italy and traveled abroad extensively. His past experience ranges
from oceanfront resort hotels, multi million dollar retirement communities
and residential estates of all styles to the historic restoration
of an 1800s Carpenter Gothic church. Bill founded Jaycox Reinel Architects
to pursue his passion for detail in the challenge of upscale residential
design and historic restoration. He also has served on the local
chapter of the AIA as a director and committee chairman, has participated
as a panelist in local AIA presentations, is a Rotarian Board member,
and has been recognized by the Mayor’s Neighborhood Council
for his contributions to the community.

Stephen A. Reinel, AIA
Principal
Since earning his Bachelor of Science
degree from the College of Architecture at Georgia Tech in 1984,
Steve has had a wide variety of experiences including health care,
commercial and residential design. As a complement to his degree
in architecture, he has completed formal training in architectural
project management and selected coursework within the MBA program
at Columbus College in his hometown of Columbus, Georgia. His personal
experience includes several high-caliber residential projects throughout
the Jacksonville area. Other projects include an addition and renovations
to the Columbus Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Columbus Metropolitan
Airport Terminal, the Summit Professional Plaza, a high-rise professional
office building in Brunswick, Georgia and numerous healthcare projects
across North Florida including a new hospital. Steve has successfully
managed projects ranging from under $1 million to over $44 million
in construction cost. He brings his expertise to all of our projects
for the benefit of our clients. Steve is a member of the American
Institute of Architects and has served as a guest juror at The University
of Florida's School of Architecture.

Roger W. Otto Project Manager/Designer
Roger is a native of California with
twenty years of professional experience including custom residential,
multifamily, hospitality, medical, commercial retail and urban planning
projects. After receiving his Associate of Art degree in Architecture,
Roger has held architectural positions in the states of California,
Massachusetts and Georgia which have helped him come to focus on
design, creative problem solving and project management. He is currently
in the process of obtaining his architectural registration. Roger's
exceptional creative and graphic skills help him to manage projects
productively and efficiently throughout design, construction documentation
and construction administration.

Staff
